NSV Pinch Valve

This pinch valve controls flow by pinching a flexible elastomer sleeve, completely isolating the media from the valve body and mechanism. The design eliminates clogging and provides full-bore flow with minimal pressure drop. In the open position, the valve is full-bore with no flow restriction. During closing, two clamp bars squeeze the sleeve at its centerline to achieve tight shutoff, even with solids accumulated on the sleeve wall . It is ideal for abrasive, corrosive, or slurry media that would damage traditional metal-seated valves. Heavy-duty pinch valves are available in sizes from DN25 to DN800 (1" to 32").
