NSV CW6MC Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

NSV CW6MC Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is designed for extreme service conditions. The body is cast from ASTM A494 CW6MC, with forged ball and stem. It provides wide temperature stability from cryogenic to 982°C, handling severe pressure fluctuations and thermal shocks. It is an ideal replacement when traditional stainless steels fail in highly corrosive, high-stress environments.

Key Features

Material: CW6MC casting+Inconel 625 forging, balancing corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

Structure: Full or reduced bore, Class 150–2500. Equipped with top and bottom body plugs for cavity pressure relief, drainage, and sealant injection.

Sealing: Metal or soft seats, tested to API 598 / ANSI Class VI.

Heat Treatment: Normalized and stabilized to prevent intergranular corrosion.
