The NSV DBB double ball valve is constructed from Inconel 625, integrating two independent ball valves with a central bleed port to provide double block and bleed functionality. In demanding service, if one seat fails, the second barrier maintains isolation; 

Meanwhile, the cavity can be fully depressurized through the bleed port for seal verification and safe maintenance. Compliant with API 6D and ISO 5208, this valve is engineered for sour, high-temperature, or highly corrosive applications where reliability is critical.
