The NSV stainless steel lined sleeve plug valve provides reliable shut-off for corrosive services. All wetted surfaces are lined with PFA or FEP for complete corrosion protection. The sleeve-type sealing design ensures low operating torque and stable bubble-tight shut-off, meeting ISO 5208 Rate A.

Body material: ASTM A351 CF8M cast stainless steel

Size range: DN50 to DN300 (2"–12")

Pressure rating: ANSI Class 150 / Class 300 or PN10 / PN16

Operating temperature: -20°C to +180°C (depending on lining material—PFA or FEP)

Lining: PFA or FEP on body, plug, and sealing surfaces; resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents

Design: Sleeve-type without grease port, achieving bidirectional sealing through an elastic liner, delivering low operating torque and maintenance-free service

End connection: Flanged ends compliant with ANSI B16.5 or EN 1092-1

Operation: Manual with standard T-handle or gear operator

Standards: Designed and tested per ASME B16.34, API 602, and ISO 5208
