The NSV Jacketed lubricated carbon steel plug valve is engineered for high-viscosity, freeze-prone, or low-temperature media. Cast from WCB or LCB carbon steel and fully jacketed, it allows steam or electric heating to maintain medium temperature and prevent solidification or viscosity increase.

A specialized sealing lubricant forms a dynamic oil film between plug and body, ensuring reliable sealing up to Class 900 while significantly reducing operating torque.

Available with manual, electric, or pneumatic actuation, it delivers fast and smooth operation. Widely used in heavy oil, waxy crude, asphalt, liquefied gas, and viscous chemical transfer systems requiring thermal management.
