This is NSV cryogenic gate valve, designed for liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and argon, with service down to -196°C. The body is made of 304(L) or 316(L) stainless steel, which maintains good toughness at extremely low temperatures without becoming brittle. It features a flexible wedge design that automatically compensates for thermal contraction and assembly tolerances, ensuring reliable sealing. This is NSV cryogenic gate valve, designed for liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and argon, with service down to -196°C. Quality Assurance

Shell and seat tested per API 598 / ISO 5208, and subjected to Cryogenic Testvalves are fully cycled and leak-checked while immersed in liquid nitrogen at -196°C to confirm functional integrity under actual service conditions. EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificate provided. Castings comply with ASTM A351 standard.
