NSV WCB Pinch Valve

A manual pinch valve designed for slurry, sludge, wastewater, and other solid-laden or abrasive media. It provides bubble-tight shut-off with a full-bore elastomeric sleeve and cast steel body—eliminating dead zones and preventing clogging.

Common body materials include WCB, WCC, LCB, and LCC, selected based on service temperature:

WCB / WCC: Standard carbon steel for –29°C to 425°C

LCB / LCC: Low-temperature carbon steel for service down to –46°C

The process fluid contacts only the rubber sleeve. The sleeve can be replaced quickly without removing the valve from the pipeline.

Performance Advantages

Full-port design ensures unobstructed flow and excellent resistance to clogging, while the absence of internal metal parts in contact with the media minimizes wear and corrosion; the flexible elastomeric sleeve provides bubble-tight shut-off even with fibrous or abrasive slurries, and can be replaced quickly without removing the valve from the pipeline, significantly reducing maintenance time and system downtime.
